I’ll tell you what I didn’t expect when I started on this path though, and that’s how much personal development is required to grow a business.
Because if you’re not healing your past hurts…
If you’re not leveling up your mindset…
If you keep running from the hard things…
Then you’re going to stay stuck right there where you’ve always been.

But that’s why you have to surround yourself with people who help you rise up
Who help you see yourself for what you bring to the table, even when the past is desperately trying to convince you to stay where you are, stay comfortable, stay stuck.
Because growth is hard, it’s uncomfortable, and it hurts.
But I keep on it, because I’m meant to help others rise up too.
And if I’m not willing to do the work to make my dreams happen, then how can I ask my clients to put in the work to define their own dreams so that we can create the perfect system to support it?
